New Delhi, Feb 19 (NationPress) The Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) welcomed around 2,000 special guests to the Arun Jaitley Stadium during the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 match featuring South Africa against the UAE. This initiative included about 1,000 school students from various educational institutions and welfare organizations throughout the capital. By inviting these students to experience the international match live, DDCA provided many with the chance to witness a global cricketing event from within the stadium.

DDCA aims to promote greater engagement in sports, inspire young minds, and strengthen cricket's bond with the next generation from diverse backgrounds, as stated in a release.
