Competing for the Hexamind Chess Club, the 18-year-old chess player faced off against the formidable Chinese competitor, who represented the WR Chess Team. In a captivating 74-move encounter, Divya skillfully outmaneuvered Yifan, who mistakenly sacrificed her bishop in an otherwise drawn endgame featuring pure rook versus bishop.
