This remarkable triumph marks India’s second consecutive win in the U19 Women’s T20 World Cup, showcasing the significant gap between them and other nations at the U19 women’s level. They also made history as the first team to win the title without suffering a single defeat.
Gautam Gambhir, the current head coach of the Indian men’s team, expressed his admiration for the rising stars via ‘X’. “Enthralling performance by our young guns! You’ve made the nation proud, girls!” he shared.
