Turin, Feb 17 (NationPress) Juventus shocked Inter Milan with a 1-0 win, propelling themselves back into the top four of the Serie A standings, thanks to a late goal from Francisco Conceicao.
Juventus set out to achieve their fourth consecutive win, but Inter was eager to halt their progress. The Nerazzurri started strong, nearly scoring in the 19th minute when Mehdi Taremi was brilliantly stopped by Michele Di Gregorio.
Just three minutes later, Francisco Conceicao forced Yann Sommer into a fantastic save as Juventus began to respond. Nevertheless, Inter maintained control in the first half, keeping Juventus confined in their own half and struggling to hold the ball.
