New Delhi, Aug 19 (NationPress) Kiren Rijiju, the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minister of Minority Affairs, met with the talented woman bodybuilder Hillang Yajik from Arunachal Pradesh on Monday, offering her his warm blessings and best wishes for her future pursuits.
As a Member of Parliament (MP) from Arunachal Pradesh and a former Sports Minister, Rijiju commended Hillang Yajik for her outstanding achievement of winning both a gold and a silver medal at the 15th Asian Bodybuilding Championship 2025.
“I had the pleasure of meeting and congratulating Miss Hillang Yajik from Arunachal Pradesh, who recently brought us pride by securing 1 Gold & 1 Silver Medal at the 15th South Asian Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championships 2025 held in Thimphu, Bhutan. My blessings are with her, and I extend my best wishes for all her future endeavors,” Rijiju shared in a post on X, previously known as Twitter.
During this occasion, the Minister shared a video message where he also applauded the Indian Bodybuilders Federation for their commendable efforts in promoting bodybuilding throughout the nation.
“I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Hillang Yajik, a remarkably talented girl from Arunachal Pradesh. She has made history in the world of bodybuilding by winning an international title and receiving a special mention,” Rijiju stated.
“Moreover, I want to commend the Indian Bodybuilders Federation for their excellent work in popularizing bodybuilding across the country. Special thanks to President Ramesh Kumar Swami Ji and General Secretary Chetan Pathariya Ji. Keep up the good work; we will always support you,” he added.
He extended his special blessings to Hillang Yajik, recognizing her for making the country proud on an international platform.
