Captain Ajinkya Rahane and Eden Gardens' pitch curator Sujan Mukherjee conducted the rituals to honor cricket, seeking divine blessings for another triumphant IPL season.

Before the camp kicked off, coach Pandit remarked, “We have already devised our training sessions. Although some international players are unavailable due to the Champions Trophy, the majority of our key players are present. It’s a wonderful feeling to return to our home ground, especially following last season's performance, and we are eager to maintain that momentum. The team has a renewed motivation.”

The Eden Gardens, boasting a capacity exceeding 68,000 spectators, is renowned as one of cricket’s most celebrated stadiums and will again host all of KKR's home matches in the upcoming season.
