Bhopal, Dec 22 (NationPress) Kiran Ankush Jadhav from the Navy demonstrated remarkable composure and consistency, achieving the gold medal in the 10m Air Rifle Men final during the 68th National Shooting Championship, taking place at the MP State Shooting Academy.

With a total score of 252.1, Jadhav outperformed Olympian Arjun Babuta, who took home the silver medal with 251.4. The reigning champion in the 50m Rifle 3 Positions, Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, secured third place with 229.8.

Arjun's teammate from the Railways, Shahu Tushar Mane, finished fourth with 209.3, followed by Himanshu (181.1), Ramayana Tomer (166.7), Onkar Vikas Waghamare (145.4), and Pradeep Singh (123.3).

In the 10m Air Rifle Men Junior final, Mohammed Murtaza Vania from Gujarat showcased a dominant performance, winning gold with 254.3. Abhinav Shaw from West Bengal claimed silver with 251.6, while Onkar Vikas Waghamare took home the bronze with 230.1.
