Noor Ahmad Emphasizes the Importance of Bowling in Key Areas for Success in T10 Cricket

Abu Dhabi, Nov 30 (NationPress) Afghanistan spinner Noor Ahmad stated that the T10 format is a rapid version of cricket, but bowlers can achieve success by focusing on bowling in the correct areas.
"This is the quickest format of the game, and it's essential to bowl in the right areas. Furthermore, it's about concentrating on your role and not stressing over the results. Personally, I emphasize my bowling and aim for the right lines and lengths," Noor, who is participating in the 2024 Abu Dhabi T10 tournament at Zayed Cricket Stadium, explained.
The young bowler has claimed five wickets across five matches in this tournament and has been a member of Team Abu Dhabi for three years, which has become a familiar environment for him.
"The atmosphere is excellent. We have a fantastic group of players. It truly feels like a home team to me as I've been here for three years. This is my third consecutive year with Team Abu Dhabi," he added.
A number of Afghan players have been participating in the T10 format, and Noor sees this as a valuable chance for cricketers, especially the younger ones, to learn from seasoned professionals.
"It's encouraging to see Afghan players in the T10 leagues. This represents a significant opportunity for Afghan cricketers, particularly the youth, to gain insights from prominent players," he concluded.
Currently, Team Abu Dhabi holds the third position on the points table with three victories and six points. They are set to face the Northern Warriors in their final round-robin match on Saturday.
