The course concluded with a formal examination to assess participants’ comprehension. In the subsequent phase, coaches have been tasked with a practical field project involving athlete engagement, with a presentation expected within the next two months.
The next segment of the course will again occur in Jamshedpur, where attendees will present their projects and continue their development along the NRAI education pathway. Upon successful completion of both phases, participants will earn an official NRAI certification.
