In a nail-biting contest, they overcame the Mumbai Dreamers with a score of 12-7.
The Bravehearts, featuring Indian captain Mohit Khatri, started off strong with Akuila Rokolisoa scoring a try and successfully converting it to take an early lead. However, the Dreamers, who were still in search of their first win of the season, leveled the score when Waisea Nacuqu responded with a try of his own.
Despite losing their initial two matches against the Chennai Bulls, the Dreamers fought hard to stifle their rivals. Just before the half-time whistle, the Bravehearts regained the lead when Scott Curry scored a critical try. From that moment, the Bravehearts displayed excellent game management against the determined Dreamers, clinching a vital victory, leaving the Dreamers still winless.
