Dubai, Sep 29 (NationPress) India's emerging talent Tilak Varma hailed his unbeaten 69 in the Asia Cup 2025 final against Pakistan as "one of the most special innings" of his life. Coming in with India struggling at 20/3, Tilak showcased remarkable composure and skill under pressure, hitting three fours and four sixes in a memorable performance. While others stumbled, Varma anchored the chase, delivering a masterclass in timing and resilience.

By forming crucial partnerships of 57 and 60 runs with Sanju Samson (24) and Shivam Dube (33), Tilak guided India to victory with just two balls remaining, securing the trophy as the tournament's only unbeaten team, reminiscent of their triumph in 2018.
