New Delhi, Sep 28 (NationPress) Indian Railways is set to unveil seven new train services in Bihar on Monday, which includes three Amrit Bharat Express trains aimed at enhancing passenger connectivity in the election-focused state.
Among the seven services, four will operate solely within Bihar, linking key cities and towns. The Amrit Bharat Express trains will traverse longer distances, connecting Bihar with significant destinations across India.
This initiative will greatly enhance passenger convenience throughout the state while reinforcing Bihar’s rail links with Telangana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi. All newly introduced trains will be managed and maintained by the East Central Railway (ECR) zone.

Danapur–Jhajha Fast Passenger (Train No 53204/53203) - This train, featuring 22 LHB coaches, will operate six days a week (excluding Sundays) starting October 1, stopping at 22 stations, including Patna, Bakhtiyarpur, Barh, Mokama, and Jamui.
Patna–Buxar Fast Passenger (Train No 53201/53202) - With 20 ICF coaches, this service will also run six days a week, excluding Sundays, with key halts at Danapur, Ara, and Raghunathpur.
Patna–Nawada DEMU Passenger (Train No 75272/75271) - This train will operate six days a week except Sundays, stopping at 21 stations, including Sheikhpura, Barbigha, and Bihar Sharif.
Patna–Islampur DEMU Passenger (Train No 75274/75273) - Running six days a week, it will stop at 19 stations, including Punpun, Hilsa, and Khorampur.
Muzaffarpur–Charlapalli Amrit Bharat Express (Train No 15293/15294) - This service, equipped with 22 coaches, will run weekly from Muzaffarpur on Tuesdays and from Charlapalli on Thursdays, halting at 24 stations including Hajipur, Buxar, Satna, and Peddapalli.
Darbhanga–Madar Amrit Bharat Express - This service will stop at 31 stations, including Kamtaul, Kanpur Central, and Tundla.
