Flight AI 2744 had all individuals on board disembark without incident, as CSMIA's emergency response teams were promptly deployed after the occurrence.

A spokesperson for CSMIA stated, “An incoming aircraft from Kochi encountered a runway excursion at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), Mumbai at 09:27 hours on July 21, 2025.”
