Bhopal, Dec 24 (NationPress) Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah is set to kick off a significant state-level gathering named ‘Abhyudaya Madhya Pradesh Growth Summit – Investment to Employment’ on December 25 at the Mela Ground in Gwalior.

Mohan Yadav will also be present at the event, which aligns with the birth anniversary of the late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, a former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna awardee, as stated in a government release on Wednesday.

Among the key activities, attendees can expect the distribution of land allocation documents and letters of intent, as well as the recognition of investors who have successfully established and operationalized industrial units that generate employment.

Interactions with young attendees are planned, and important announcements regarding industrial land allocation at the divisional level will be made to enhance balanced regional development.

Many leading industrialists and representatives from prominent organizations across the nation are expected to attend.

The summit underscores the state government's steadfast commitment to converting industrial investments into widespread job opportunities under Chief Minister Yadav's leadership.

During the event, industrial incentives will be distributed to investors through a streamlined process.

“This will mark the first collective land allocation event occurring simultaneously for such a large-scale combined investment,” stated Chief Minister Yadav, adding, “Land will be designated for investment proposals surpassing Rs. 2 lakh crore, while foundation stones will be laid and projects inaugurated for initiatives worth over Rs. 10,000 crore. These initiatives are anticipated to propel developmental activities throughout the state.”

The summit's theme, "Investment to Employment – Atal's Resolve, a Bright Madhya Pradesh," will showcase the real results of industrial growth, investment successes, and job creation over the previous two years.

Additionally, it will chart a forward-looking pathway for consistent development in the upcoming years.

The summit aims to forge direct connections between local communities and employment and livelihood opportunities, promoting comprehensive growth.

New industrial zones, clusters, and plug-and-play units will be encouraged to facilitate industry establishment at the grassroots, generating new job opportunities for the youth.

Two special exhibitions will enhance the venue: one honoring the life, thoughts, and development vision of the late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and another highlighting the state’s industrial reforms, investment initiatives, and employment milestones achieved in the past two years.
