Gwalior, Dec 24 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, in collaboration with Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and the state BJP chief Hemant Khandelwal, reviewed the preparations for a significant event scheduled for inauguration by Union Home Minister Amit Shah this Thursday.
The grand occasion, titled 'Abhyudaya Madhya Pradesh Growth Summit', is being organized to celebrate the birth anniversary of the late Prime Minister and 'Bharat Ratna' recipient Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
During this event, CM Yadav's administration is set to unveil numerous development initiatives.
On this momentous occasion, Amit Shah will conduct a groundbreaking ceremony and launch industrial projects exceeding Rs 2 lakh crore.
Additionally, he is expected to make a visit to Vajpayee's ancestral residence at Shinde Ki Chawani in Gwalior on the same day.
“This summit transcends mere investment proposals and industrial announcements; it embodies a comprehensive strategy where industry, urban development, tourism, MSMEs, start-ups, and employment progress in unison,” asserted Chief Minister Yadav.
A key aspect of the summit will be the substantial involvement of leading industrialists and corporate executives from all over the nation.
Noteworthy industry leaders and decision-makers from various sectors such as energy, renewable energy, automobiles, textiles, food processing, cement, FMCG, and logistics will gather on a unified platform.
Local BJP leader and Union Minister for Communications, Jyotiraditya Scindia, who arrived in Gwalior on Wednesday, mentioned to the media that the late Vajpayee was a visionary leader who paved the way for India’s development.
He noted that the groundwork for many of the visible changes in both the country and Madhya Pradesh was laid by Vajpayee.
“This is a new Madhya Pradesh, creating fresh opportunities for growth and progress for farmers, youth, and everyday citizens. Today, Madhya Pradesh is carving out a robust identity among premier states, reflecting Atal ji's vision,” Scindia remarked.
