New Delhi, Oct 14 (NationPress) Veteran actress Kunickaa Sadanand’s son, Ayaan Lall, didn't shy away from making a playful remark about Tanya Mittal, a contestant on ‘Bigg Boss 19’, while also taking a light-hearted jab at Amaal Mallik.
At a fashion event held in the capital, Ayaan shared his thoughts with IANS. When asked if he believed Tanya Mittal was doing 'kamaal' on the show, he responded humorously, saying, “You call it Kamaal? I’ll refer to it as Amaal.”
Reflecting on the challenges his mother faced during the Salman Khan-hosted show, Ayaan stated, “I believe that ups and downs shape a person. While you may perceive ups and downs, for me, the trajectory has only been upward, and I see my mother as a champion.”
“When we discuss my mother being a part of Lakme Fashion Week, there’s no greater accomplishment than that,” he added.
In “Bigg Boss 19”, Kunickaa has candidly discussed her love life, divorces, and relationships. How does her son feel about this openness?
“If it’s her journey, it’s best that she expresses her thoughts while the Bigg Boss housemates share their opinions,” Ayaan, who collaborated with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in “Sikandar”, remarked.
Ayaan expressed joy that his mother is now part of the “happy group”.
“She looks great with the happy group. They don’t have a set group. She entered this game alone, just as everyone else did, and they will eventually leave alone,” Ayaan explained.
Ayaan predicts that his mother, Nehal Chudasama, and Gaurav Khanna will be in the Top 3 of “Bigg Boss 19”.
When asked about the new wildcard contestant Malti Chahar, he said, “She’s new. You can only gauge her character when nominations happen.”
In the latest episode of Weekend Ka Vaar, housemate Zeishan Quadri was evicted after receiving the lowest votes from the audience. Other eliminated contestants include Awez Darbar, Nagma Mirajkar, and Natasha Janoszek.
Contestants currently in the show are Gaurav Khanna, Amaal Mallik, Ashnoor Kaur, Mridul Tiwari, Kunickaa Sadanand, Baseer Ali, Abhishek Bajaj, Tanya Mittal, Nehal Chudasama, Pranit More, Farhana Bhatt, and Neelam Giri.
Bigg Boss is adapted from the Dutch format of Big Brother. Since its launch on November 3, 2006, the show has completed eighteen seasons along with three OTT seasons.
The series is available on JioHotstar and Colors.
