Patna, Aug 19 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, presented appointment letters to 5,353 candidates who were selected on compassionate grounds during a special event held at the Samvad hall in his official residence in Patna.
The new appointments comprise 4,835 school clerks and 518 school attendants for secondary and higher secondary schools.
Present at the occasion were Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, along with Education Minister Sunil Kumar, Water Resource Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, and Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, S. Siddharth.
In his address, CM Nitish Kumar expressed his congratulations to the candidates, stating, “This is not just a job, but an opportunity to serve. You are expected to conduct your duties with honesty and integrity.”
He encouraged the appointees to accept their letters with joy, creating an uplifting and emotional atmosphere at the event.
