Patna, March 9 (NationPress) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar distributed appointment letters to 51,389 newly selected teachers on Sunday.
The significant event took place at Gandhi Maidan, Patna, where 10,739 teachers personally received their appointment letters from the Chief Minister and other officials.
The first appointment letter was awarded to Nutan Kumari from Arwal, who transitioned from an IT career to teach Class 11-12 in Bihar.
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) oversaw the teacher recruitment process, ensuring it was both transparent and based on merit.
CM Nitish personally handed out appointment letters to nearly 100 teachers.
