New Delhi, Jan 16 (NationPress) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) officially revealed the election timeline for appointing its forthcoming national president as part of the party’s ongoing Sangathan Parv 2024.

In a formal declaration, Dr. K. Laxman, a member of the Rajya Sabha and BJP's national election in-charge, detailed the schedule for this organizational process.

The electoral roll for the presidential election is set to be published today.

As per the timeline, nominations can be submitted on January 19 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi. The verification of nomination papers will occur the same day from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., with a window for withdrawing nominations scheduled between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Dr. Laxman further mentioned that a formal press release will be issued at 6.30 p.m. on January 19, after the withdrawal process concludes.

The identity of the new BJP national president will be disclosed on January 20 between 11.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. at the party’s headquarters in the national capital.
