During his address, the Chief Minister underscored that diligent and committed BJP workers form the backbone of the organization, gaining respect and recognition for their service to society and the nation. He stressed that the BJP operates as a family and that fulfilling organizational responsibilities should be the primary focus of every member.
Sharma urged for the organization of regular Mandal-level meetings and called for unity and strength among party workers. He instructed members and officials to actively promote the state government’s welfare schemes and the achievements of the last two years via social media and other communication channels.
He also encouraged them to share the party's ideology and policies with every segment of society. Additionally, he asked district and Mandal presidents to address public grievances promptly, engage youth with central and state government initiatives, and assign them organizational roles.
The Chief Minister criticized the previous Congress government for merging and dissolving wards and panchayats based on bias and favoritism, while the current government undertook reorganization based on genuine requirements.
He called upon party workers to initiate preparations for the imminent local body and Panchayati Raj elections.
Sharma noted that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the double-engine government is realizing the vision of a progressive Rajasthan. He stated that the accomplishments achieved in just 23 months outshine what the previous government failed to deliver in five years and urged effective communication of this progress to the public.
He highlighted the benefits reaching millions through initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (urban and rural), PM Swanidhi, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, cooperative loans, the Gopal Credit Card Scheme, and the Food Security Scheme.
Furthermore, the Chief Minister stated that his government has created 92,000 jobs for youth and signed MoUs worth Rs 35 lakh crore during the Rising Rajasthan initiative, with Rs 7 lakh crore already implemented.
He announced plans to organize Pravasi Rajasthani Diwas soon to strengthen connections between non-resident Rajasthanis and their homeland. Urging the organization to recruit and empower new members, he emphasized that the BJP provides avenues for workers to advance through their dedication.
Sharma also instructed workers to counter Congress’s claims with factual evidence, recalling the significant scams remembered by the public from the previous government. He reiterated that the state government is committed to equitable development by allocating projects across all 200 assembly constituencies over two budgets, adhering to the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas.”
