Kapoor emphasized that freedom of speech doesn't permit the expression of socially unacceptable statements.
“Inside your home, you can speak freely, but on social networks, it’s crucial to exercise caution and maintain discipline,” added the Bollywood figure.
On the same day, Kapoor and his actor son Arjun Kapoor paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi in his office at the state Assembly.
They extended an invitation to the Chief Minister to be the chief guest at the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL)-2025. Some matches of this league are set to occur at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, which has been chosen as the home ground for the Bengal Tigers team this season.
Kapoor remarked that Odisha possesses remarkable natural beauty and sufficient infrastructure for film shoots. He pointed out that with proper promotion, Odisha could transform into a prime location for filmmakers, consequently enhancing the tourism industry in the region.
YouTuber-podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, also known as BeerBiceps, has sparked controversy and legal issues due to his remarks on Samay Raina's show 'India's Got Latent', leading to public outrage and legal challenges.
