Since December 16, 2024, many BPSC aspirants have been protesting, advocating for a re-examination of the 70th CCE Preliminary Test due to suspected irregularities, including allegations of a question paper leak.

On February 17 this year, prominent educator and YouTuber Faizal Khan, known as ‘Khan Sir’, joined the protestors in Patna, expressing his strong support for their demands.

He stated, "We have provided all evidence before the Patna High Court," stressing his belief that the court's ruling would favor the students.

He added, "Our sole demand is a re-exam. Anything less will not suffice."

In response to these allegations, the BPSC has denied any wrongdoing.

The Commission released a statement rejecting the claims and suggested that coaching operators are misleading candidates.

Regardless of the ongoing protests, the BPSC has proceeded with the examination schedule, confirming that the 70th CCE Mains will be conducted from April 25 to April 30.
