Andrews takes over from Thomas Frank, who recently transitioned to Tottenham Hotspur, alongside assistant coach Justin Cochrane, head of athletic performance Chris Haslam, and first-team analyst Joe Newton.

When asked about leading the Bees, Andrews expressed, "I feel humbled and honored to be chosen for this role and to guide the club into its next chapter.

"I am extremely grateful to the owner, the board, and the staff for their support in this decision. I believe I am well-equipped and ready for this responsibility.

“There’s so much that excites me about this opportunity: the potential of the football club, the players, and the staff that form the foundation of this successful football club.”

Prior to his role at Brentford, Andrews served as a set-piece coach at Sheffield United and was the assistant manager for Stephen Kenny with the Republic of Ireland from 2020 to 2023.
