Los Angeles, Aug 11 (NationPress) The eagerly anticipated biopic ‘Deliver Me From Nowhere’, centered around the iconic musician Bruce Springsteen, has officially been included in the lineup for the New York Film Festival.
This film features Jeremy Allen White in the role of Bruce Springsteen, and is set to be showcased during the Spotlight Gala selection. The screening will take place on September 28 at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall, as reported by Variety.
Springsteen is expected to attend the premiere, accompanied by co-stars Jeremy Strong and Odessa Young. The world premiere of ‘Deliver Me From Nowhere’ will occur at a different location on an earlier date.
According to Variety, the film is adapted from Warren Zanes' biography and is set during a pivotal moment in the early 1980s when Springsteen was ascending to fame while composing the deeply personal acoustic tracks for his 1982 album ‘Nebraska’.
