New Delhi, April 14 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his sorrow on Tuesday regarding the devastating incident at a power plant located in the Sakti district of Chhattisgarh, which resulted in the loss of at least nine workers and injured over 20 others.

He confirmed that an ex-gratia payment of Rs 2 lakh from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) will be allocated to the families of each deceased. Additionally, those who were injured will receive Rs 50,000 each.
