The Chinese team showed remarkable confidence in their second group match, with Kuai Man and Lin Shidong dominating the mixed doubles against Badr Mostafa and Marwa Alhodaby from Egypt, winning 11-3, 11-3, 11-7. Following this, Sun Yingsha, the world No.1, outperformed Mariam Alhodaby in the women's singles with a score of 11-4, 14-12, 11-4. The victory was sealed by top-ranked Wang Chuqin, who triumphed over Youssef Abdelaziz of Egypt with scores of 11-5, 11-4 in the men's singles.
In contrast, South Korea faced a challenging battle against Chinese Taipei.
