Mumbai, June 18 (NationPress) Actor Darsheel Safary is gearing up for his debut in the OTT space with the much-anticipated esports series, "Gamerlog".
This six-episode series on Amazon features Darsheel as a gifted yet introverted gamer from a small town who takes the bold step of eloping to Mumbai in pursuit of his dreams.
Discussing his preparation for the role, the 'Taare Zameen Par' star shared that he had to reconnect with a certain raw emotional space, where aspirations feel larger than life.
"The only thing that matters is the ambition you’re striving for; as long as you’re taking steps to reach it, everything else falls into place. I aimed to delve into that mindset to breathe life into Raghu. I found a deep connection with his innocence; it was not naive but rather pure. He is a character willing to go to great lengths to achieve his dreams, and I resonated strongly with that aspect of him," Darsheel explained.
