Separately on Thursday, Dwivedi felicitated prominent artists at the closing ceremony of the 10-Day Special Group Art Exhibition — 'Har Ghar Tiranga 2026' — held at the Janpath Subway Art Gallery. The exhibition celebrated art, patriotism, and the spirit of the National Flag.

'I would like to compliment and congratulate all the participating artists for expressing their creativity, thoughts and emotions with such dedication and sincerity,' Dwivedi said at the event.
