While addressing graduates at the convocation ceremony of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) held at Yashobhoomi, CM Gupta emphasized, “The engineering graduates of today will shape the future trajectory of Bharat in the years to come.”
She encouraged the students, stating that each individual has a role to play in shaping Bharat's future, similar to how PM Modi transformed the nation upon taking office.

Emphasizing the importance of innovation, she remarked, “Regardless of where you find yourselves in the workforce, prioritize national interest, innovation, and accountability. Your involvement will pave the way for a self-reliant, robust, and developed India.”
CM Gupta pointed out that Delhi faces numerous challenges, and it is the responsibility of engineering graduates to employ innovation to tackle issues such as pollution, infrastructure, and green energy.
“I trust that the engineering graduates from this institution will confront various challenges and satisfy the infrastructural demands,” she expressed.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister shared, “Today, I had the honor of attending the third convocation ceremony of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) alongside Lieutenant Governor Shri Vinay Kumar Saxena at Yashobhoomi.”

We anticipate that the youth graduating from here will significantly contribute to the nation's progress through their skills and dedication,” she stated.
The Chief Minister reiterated that under PM Modi’s leadership, the country has created new opportunities for youth through Digital India, self-reliance, and a startup ecosystem.
“Innovation has transcended mere concepts; it has become a policy and a priority. In alignment with this vision, the Delhi government is actively implementing measures to promote skills, technology, research, and entrepreneurship, enabling the youth of the capital to excel in global competition,” she remarked.
