New Delhi, May 15 (NationPress) The Delhi Leader of the Opposition (LoP), Atishi, has addressed a letter to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, demanding prompt action against Delhi Public School (DPS) Dwarka for the alleged expulsion of 34 students due to unpaid increased annual fees.
In her correspondence, Atishi described the event as “shocking” and “entirely unacceptable”.
“A deeply disturbing incident has occurred where DPS Dwarka has reportedly expelled 34 students for failing to pay the raised annual fees. Such behavior from a private institution is absolutely intolerable. Just think of the emotional distress these young minds must be experiencing. They were stopped at the school entrance by additional security personnel and compelled to withdraw their enrollment. This is not merely unjust; it is inhumane,” she expressed.
