Purnia MP Pappu Yadav alleged that the event was a deliberately planned scheme to incite unrest.
“The manner in which this conspiracy has unfolded suggests that it aims to create turmoil; security measures and protocols failed there,” Yadav informed IANS.
Dr. Abdullah was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary and advisor to the Chief Minister, Nasir Aslam Wani, both of whom remained unharmed during the incident.
The Jammu and Kashmir Police have initiated a thorough investigation into Jamwal’s background, delving into his personal, social, and possible organizational affiliations to understand the motive behind the attack.
