New Delhi, May 6 (NationPress) Gary Ballance, the former international cricketer who played for both England and Zimbabwe, has joined Zimbabwe’s coaching staff as a consultant for their upcoming tour of England, which features a historic one-off Test at Trent Bridge commencing May 22.
Ballance, who dedicated most of his professional playing days to Yorkshire in England, offers considerable expertise regarding English playing conditions. He participated in 23 Test matches for England from 2014 to 2017 and began his international journey impressively by becoming the third-fastest Englishman to achieve 1000 Test runs, a feat that has since been matched by Harry Brook.
