The main celebration will take place at Ravindra Bhavan in Bhopal, featuring rituals such as Govardhan Puja, Parikrama, and Annakoot Bhog.

Stalls promoting organic products, dairy goods, and crafts made from cow dung will be set up, alongside informational booths on various government schemes related to animal husbandry, agriculture, and cooperatives.
Chief Minister Yadav emphasized, "Those who raise cattle are the true Gopals, and every household with cows is a Gokul.” He added that cow and cattle rearing are revered in India’s ancient Sanatan culture.
The state government is committed to enhancing cow protection and promotion, actively engaging the public in these efforts.
The aim is to double the income of dairy farmers by boosting milk production across the state.
With its abundant natural resources and rich cattle population, Madhya Pradesh accounts for nearly nine percent of India's total milk output, with goals to increase this figure to 20 percent.
Chief Minister Yadav also revealed that the 'Dugdh Samriddhi Sampark' campaign is ongoing in villages, where veterinary professionals are visiting homes to offer guidance on advanced dairy farming practices, breed enhancement, animal health, and nutrition.
Currently, there are 2,900 cowsheds operating across Madhya Pradesh, housing about 4.25 lakh cattle.
As part of the Mukhyamantri Gau Seva Yojana, 2,203 cowsheds have been established in rural areas, accommodating 2.11 lakh cattle.
