He stated that this conference serves not only as a platform for promoting advancements in surgical practices but also as a guideline for strengthening Haryana's healthcare system.

While speaking to the medical professionals, the Chief Minister noted that doctors are often referred to as “God on Earth,” a title that aptly reflects their unwavering commitment and hard work.

“In times of epidemics, emergencies, or everyday health issues, doctors remain resolute, dedicating their days and nights to save lives,” he asserted.

The Chief Minister further remarked that physicians provide not just physical treatment but often offer emotional support to patients through their compassion and demeanor.

“Their experience, empathy, and humanitarian spirit distinguish them. Amidst rising challenges across various sectors, doctors tirelessly serve the public while upholding their ethical principles,” he mentioned.

He acknowledged the rich history of Indian medicine, attributing its legacy to figures like Dhanvantri, Charak, and Sushrut, and noted that contemporary surgeons are continuing this esteemed tradition.

He highlighted the rapid advancements in medical science, noting that innovations such as robotic surgery, laparoscopic techniques, 3-D printing, and artificial intelligence have revolutionized surgery.

The Chief Minister pointed out that the Haryana government is dedicated to integrating these cutting-edge technologies.

“Our goal is to ensure that every resident, both in urban and rural areas, can access these medical facilities,” he stated.

He reaffirmed his pledge to lower surgical costs and make these services accessible to all demographics.

He mentioned that Haryana is now among the top states in the nation regarding health metrics.

“We have seen a decrease in maternal and infant mortality rates, and efforts are underway to establish medical colleges in every district. Initiatives like Ayushman Bharat and Charak Yojana have positively impacted millions of citizens,” he added.

The Chief Minister regarded all surgeons, specialists, and students attending the conference as ‘precious assets of the nation and Haryana’.
