Haryana Minister Engages with Residents at 'Samadhan Camp' Addressing Concerns from Over 25 Societies

Gurugram, Dec 8 (NationPress) The Minister of Industries, Commerce and Environment in Haryana, Rao Narbir Singh, attended a 'Samadhan Camp' on Sunday, where he engaged with residents from over 25 residential societies under the governance of the Municipal Corporation of Manesar.

The event took place at Emaar Palm Garden in Sector 83, E-Block in Sector 82, Club Park Vatika India Next, and DLF New Town Heights in Sector 90, Gurugram.

During the session, the Minister provided essential guidance to the relevant officials.

While addressing a complaint regarding illegal meat shops operating in the Manesar area, he instructed police and civic officials to collaborate on a campaign aimed at taking stringent actions against such establishments.

He emphasized the need for the police to also ensure that there is no encroachment on government-owned land throughout this initiative.

To address the demand for a crematorium for the communities in the Manesar civic area, the corporation has earmarked a site in Sector 88, with construction expected to commence shortly.

“All ongoing development projects in the Badshahpur area over the past five years will be expedited with renewed vigor,” he stated.

He also urged for greater participation in elections within societies, noting that low voter turnout is concerning.

“As informed citizens, it’s crucial to vote during elections to bolster our robust democratic system,” he asserted.

During the event, major societies expressed their support for the Minister's initiative against polythene usage and pledged to work towards a complete ban on it within their communities.

The Minister acknowledged that the electorate has granted the BJP government a third term in Haryana, underscoring the commitment to fulfill the constituents' demands within the promised timeframe.

Throughout the camp, concerns regarding electricity, encroachment, road beautification, green belts, road renovations, drainage and sewer systems, cleanliness, and health service improvements were discussed, and necessary directions were given to the appropriate officials.
