Mumbai, March 17 (NationPress) Actress Hina Khan has successfully completed another Umrah during the blessed month of Ramadan. The talented star expressed that, considering her physical challenges following surgery, this journey to Mecca felt like a dream fulfilled.
Hina noted that when the Almighty wishes for one to visit His sacred abode, the universe aligns to make it happen.
Reflecting on her Umrah experience, the 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' star shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram, stating, "I never even imagined that I would be here just three and a half months after my surgery. I have countless sutures, limited physical strength, and the anticipated fatigue during recovery. There were numerous reasons for me to stay back, many reasons to not even dream of touching the Kaaba Sharif... I felt quite disheartened, but I made peace with the thought that this time it might not happen... But when God intends for you to visit His house, the universe responds. It was His will that I was able to touch the Holy Kaaba. Muslims know how challenging this can be, especially during Ramadan."
She revealed that this was the most crowded Umrah she has ever experienced, saying, "This has been the most packed Umrah for me ever. I had to navigate my way to the Kaaba Sharif through a sea of people. But I managed to do it! He granted me the strength to accomplish it! As always, I feel deeply loved and humbled. My faith in Him feeds my soul. Thank you, Allah, I will always be grateful. May Allah accept my prayers and grant me complete recovery. Ameen," Hina shared.
Hina also emphasized the importance of listening to one's doctors, as each person's journey and body are unique.
"P.S- I encourage all of you to follow what your body allows and always heed your doctors' advice. I don’t intend to create a standard for how to be active post-diagnosis. I am only sharing my personal journey in the hope that it may assist you in discovering what works best for you with a bit more hope. Remember, it’s not ‘One Size Fits All’... Alhamdullilah... DUA," she concluded.
