New Delhi, April 4 (NationPress) External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar remarked on Saturday that India has adeptly managed recent global challenges, particularly referencing the current turmoil in West Asia and its broader economic implications. In his speech at the IIM Raipur convocation, EAM Jaishankar emphasized that India has effectively tackled both domestic and international hurdles "with considerable success" amidst a volatile global landscape.

He highlighted that the impacts of conflicts are now experienced well beyond their localities, showcasing the profound interdependence fostered by globalisation.

“It is undeniable that various global disruptions have recently tested our resilience, and India has navigated through them remarkably well,” he asserted.

Jaishankar also emphasized that strengthening domestic capabilities is the most effective strategy to mitigate risks and enhance strategic advantages.

“Today, everything is being utilized, if not weaponized,” he remarked.
