Mumbai, Jan 30 (NationPress): On Friday, actor Ishaan Khatter delighted his followers by taking to social media to exhibit his incredible dancing abilities. He shared a captivating video of himself dancing at a studio, impressing fans with his fluid movements and innate talent.

The footage shows Ishaan effortlessly gliding across the dance floor.

Sporting a casual outfit and glasses, he captioned the video, “Teach me how to dougie homie.”

For this dance session, Ishaan opted for a relaxed yet trendy look, wearing a grey long-sleeve sweatshirt paired with black pants and dark footwear.

This isn't the first time the actor has showcased his exceptional dancing skills; he has previously demonstrated his talent in numerous films and social media clips.

Recently, Ishaan Khatter made headlines when his film Homebound was selected for the Oscars, although it ultimately did not win.

The actor expressed his feelings about this on social media.

Reflecting on the experience, Ishaan shared, "Homebound is and always was a piece of my heart. It’s a story that took us through a journey inwards after daring to look outside the bubble we identify ourselves in. Despite its challenging realities, this film has always been a source of hope for me in every way I can connect with it, as a human being, a cinema enthusiast, and a young actor. As we conclude one chapter of its journey, I will always hold it dear with love and gratitude.. And as a sort of moral compass. (sic)."

He also expressed his appreciation for director Neeraj Ghaywan, stating, "@neeraj.ghaywan I love you, brother. There are very few people I can say this about, but I know I can always trust your conscience as a yardstick."

"Much love to all the unsung heroes behind the camera and to everyone who embraced this film and spoke of it as if it were their own. Homebound (infinity symbol emoji) no feeling is final," Ishaan concluded his post.

Prior to this, filmmaker Karan Johar, director Neeraj Ghaywan, and actor Vishal Jethwa also voiced their disappointment on social media.

For those unaware, the nominations for the 98th Oscars were announced on Thursday, where Homebound did not qualify in the 'International Feature Film' category.

The five films that made it to the final Oscar shortlist are The Secret Agent (Brazil), It Was Just an Accident (France), Sentimental Value (Norway), Sirât (Spain), and The Voice of Hind Rajab (Tunisia).

The Academy Awards ceremony is scheduled for March 15 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
