Indore, Dec 22 (NationPress) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President and Union Health Minister, J.P. Nadda, received a warm welcome upon his arrival at the Devi Ahilyabai Airport in Madhya Pradesh's Indore on Monday.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, along with State BJP President Hemant Khandelwal, State Urban Affairs Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, and numerous party leaders and workers from Madhya Pradesh BJP, were present to greet Union Minister Nadda.
Chief Minister Yadav remarked on J.P. Nadda's leadership, calling him “Shubhankar” (lucky) for the BJP since he took over the party's presidency in 2020.
“J.P. Nadda is indeed a ‘Shubhankar’ (lucky) President for the BJP. Thanks to him, the BJP has successfully formed the government in Madhya Pradesh for another consecutive term,” CM Yadav stated during a press interaction.
BJP President Nadda is set to conduct the ‘bhoomi pujan’ for new medical colleges, commencing with those in Dhar and Betul on December 23, as part of efforts to enhance facilities in underserved areas.
During his engagement with BJP workers at the airport, Nadda commended the state leadership, asserting that Madhya Pradesh's progress has significantly improved under CM Yadav's guidance, as conveyed by the Madhya Pradesh BJP.
The BJP has recently designated Nitin Nabin as the party's new Working President to succeed J.P. Nadda.
On December 24, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be in Gwalior to distribute letters of intent to investors pledging a total of Rs 2 lakh crore in the city.
Moreover, the Union Home Minister will virtually launch the Gwalior Mela and oversee various Krishi and Kisan Sammelans, including visits to ‘Gau Vansh’ (cattle progeny) and ‘Vanya Bihar’ (Wildlife Bihar).
Later, Shah will participate in the ‘Abhyuday Madhya Pradesh Growth Summit’ in Rewa and unveil a prominent statue of the late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at a newly established large park named in his honor.
