Mumbai, June 14 (NationPress) It's been a year since the launch of Kartik Aaryan's film “Chandu Champion”, which is now set to participate in the 27th Shanghai International Film Festival.
The film's director Kabir Khan announced on Instagram: “ONE YEAR and the Champion is still running strong… #ChanduChampion has been selected for the @shanghaiinternationalff and has earned two more awards – BEST FILM & BEST ACTOR – at the recent New York Indie Film Festival.”
Directed by Kabir Khan, the film features Kartik Aaryan portraying India's first Paralympic gold medalist Murlikant Petkar. At the New York Indie Film Festival Awards, it clinched Best Film while Kartik received the Best Actor award.
