Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 29 (NationPress) The Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) has initiated a groundbreaking competition named "Ente School Ente Abhimanam" (My School My Pride), which aims to highlight the exceptional practices and distinctive accomplishments of schools throughout the state.

This initiative is designed to foster video production skills among members of Little KITES, the student IT clubs in Kerala.

The challenge invites students to craft captivating reels that showcase their own school or a neighboring institution, focusing particularly on lower primary and upper primary schools.

The content can emphasize academic models, innovative activities, achievements, and effective utilization of facilities.

Significantly, all production elements such as anchoring, interviews, and technical work must be carried out by the students themselves, guided by Little KITES units.

Each reel should be no longer than 90 seconds, filmed in vertical format (MP4), and must not exceed 50 MB in size.

Schools are required to upload the videos to their official social media accounts on Instagram or Facebook, tagging KITE Victers Channel and using the hashtags #MySchoolMyPride and #victerseduchannel.

To motivate extensive participation, KITE has introduced appealing rewards.

The top 100 reels will each receive a cash prize of Rs 5,000, and the selected entries will also be broadcast on KITE-Victers Channel.

A dedicated jury will assess the submissions, and all videos must conclude with the official End Card provided by KITE.

The submission deadline is October 9, 2025.

Comprehensive guidelines can be found on the KITE website (www.kite.kerala.gov.in).

KITE CEO K. Anvar Sadath stated that the initiative will not only showcase the excellence of Kerala's schools but also provide students with valuable experience in digital content creation.

He has instructed KITE Master Trainers to offer full support to Little KITES units to ensure that every school can participate meaningfully.

By blending creativity with educational pride, the reels challenge is anticipated to uncover inspiring narratives from schools across the state while enhancing students' media literacy and production abilities.
