Mumbai, Nov 26 (NationPress) Actor Meezaan Jafri, who is garnering significant acclaim for his role in ‘De De Pyaar De 2’, remarked that the film's director, Anshul Sharma, possesses a poker face.

In a conversation with IANS following the film's release, the actor shed light on the directorial approach of Anshul.

Meezaan shared with IANS, “Anshul sir is incredibly precise with his dialogues. He understands exactly what he aims for. However, what I appreciate the most is his remarkably calm demeanor. He consistently maintains a poker face. He is very composed and relaxed, creating a great environment that helped me stay calm as well. As an actor, this allowed me to perform effectively in various scenes. There were numerous instances where I adopted his body language for my character. The way he walked and demonstrated it for me was truly wonderful. Anshul sir has undoubtedly excelled with this film.”

The actor described the film's subject as “very intricate,” emphasizing that it navigates a delicate balance that could potentially offend many.

He further stated, “This is a family-oriented film. It discusses values and culture. I believe Anshul sir has managed to handle the topic exceptionally well while ensuring the film remains entertaining. It does not come off as preachy. While it imparts valuable lessons about family and relationships, it also entertains, making you both laugh and cry. It encompasses all the right elements.”

‘De De Pyaar De 2’ is currently screening in theaters.
