Both Union Minister JP Nadda and Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini pledged to safeguard the environment by planting approximately 10,000 saplings through the 'Namo Vans', engaging the residents of Rohtak actively.
This tree planting campaign witnessed significant involvement from women, youth, children, and senior citizens.
Nadda emphasized the Modi government’s dedication to fostering a green and Viksit Bharat, asserting that it is a shared responsibility to realize this vision.
He urged women to take part in environmental conservation, paralleling it with their meticulous management of household duties, encouraging them to become the guardians of the environment by planting more trees.
Additionally, they launched the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar’ campaign at the Rohtak event, reinforcing the government’s commitment to enhancing healthcare and nutrition services for women, adolescent girls, and children.
