New Delhi, March 30 (NationPress) Numerous residents of Nagpur showcased their profound pride and excitement during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the city on Sunday.

One local expressed, "Today, we feel an overwhelming sense of pride as Modi Ji is present here. Listening to him is like a dream turned reality; his presence and aura are electrifying. His speeches are consistently uplifting and inspiring, and we eagerly anticipate his words today."

Another individual shared, "I feel incredibly honored to have this chance. My admiration for him is immense, and I consider myself a devoted supporter. I genuinely believe he is doing a remarkable job for our nation."

A third resident commended the Prime Minister's efforts, stating, "The dedication shown by Prime Minister Narendra Modi towards our country is truly praiseworthy. I am thrilled to be able to see him today."

During his visit, PM Modi paid floral tributes at Dr Hedgewar Smruti Mandir in Nagpur, honoring the founder of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, along with the second RSS chief M.S. Golwalkar.

Accompanied by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, this visit was historic as it marked the first occasion a sitting Prime Minister has visited the RSS headquarters in Nagpur.

Prior to this, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari welcomed PM Modi at the Nagpur airport.

The Prime Minister then proceeded to Deekshabhoomi, where he honored Dr B.R. Ambedkar, who adopted Buddhism there in 1956. PM Modi was joined by Chief Minister Fadnavis and received a warm welcome from Deekshabhoomi president Bhadant Arya Nagarjuna Shurei Sasai.
