Bhubaneswar, Dec 10 (NationPress) The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) engaged in thoughtful discussions regarding the party’s strategic plan for the future during a vital state-level organizational workshop at the party headquarters in Odisha on Wednesday.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, State President Manmohan Samal, BJP National General Secretary (Organisation) B.L. Santhosh, State In-charge Vijaypal Singh Tomar, Co-in-charge Lata Usendi, along with numerous senior leaders, attended the workshop.
All state office-bearers, heads of Morchas, district in-charges, and district presidents participated in this significant workshop.
In an interaction with the media, State General Secretary Biranchi Narayan Tripathy emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP is dedicated to creating a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) and a thriving Odisha.
He noted that the party frequently organizes such workshops to communicate the people-centric initiatives of both the Central and State governments to the public, while also aligning welfare schemes with the party’s organizational goals for the advancement of the nation and Odisha.
Tripathy pointed out that the citizens of Odisha hold a strong belief in the BJP, viewing it as crucial to the state's future.
He mentioned that the discussions during the workshop revolved around enhancing organizational strength, expanding outreach, and elevating the role of party workers in the development of both Odisha and the nation.
The party’s National General Secretary (Organisation), B.L. Santhosh, is currently on a multi-day visit to the state to evaluate and fortify party operations.
He plans to engage in detailed discussions with the newly formed team of office-bearers across multiple sessions.
As per party sources, Santhosh is scheduled to hold several meetings with the BJP state president, state organization secretary, and the newly appointed general secretaries, vice-presidents, and secretaries.
He is also expected to interact with the leaders of the party’s seven frontal organizations, district in-charges, and district presidents during his visit.
