Gopalan, on Friday urged all District Collectors and District Election Officers (DEOs) to engage in thorough planning and timely execution of every task, ensuring that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the 2026 Electoral Rolls is conducted seamlessly and transparently throughout the state.
During a virtual review meeting regarding the SIR preparations, Gopalan stressed that all revisions must be performed in strict compliance with the guidelines set by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
