Bhubaneswar, June 12 (NationPress) Odisha's Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi voiced his profound sorrow on Thursday regarding the heartbreaking crash of Air India flight AI 171 near Ahmedabad's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport.
“I am profoundly saddened by the unfortunate incident involving the Air India flight from Ahmedabad to London. My thoughts and prayers are with all the passengers, crew members, and their families during this challenging period. I sincerely pray to Lord Shri Jagannath for the safety and prompt recovery of everyone affected. Odisha stands united in support of the people of Gujarat and all those impacted by this tragic event,” Majhi shared on his social media account.
The Chief Minister also conveyed his deepest sympathies to the grieving families of those who lost their lives in the crash.
“While we continue to pray for everyone's safety, it is devastating to learn that precious lives have been lost in this tragic event. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. May Lord Shri Jagannath provide peace to the departed souls and strength to their loved ones in this painful time,” Majhi added.

Such a shocking loss of lives is truly heartrending. My heartfelt condolences go out to the families of the deceased during this tragic moment.
