Patna, May 22 (NationPress) In a significant advancement for Patna's traffic and road infrastructure, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has revealed that a robust urban traffic enhancement initiative has received approval, valued at over Rs 22.14 crore this Thursday.

According to Samrat Chaudhary, the sanctioned initiative — amounting to Rs 22.14 crore — encompasses the widening and fortification of vital routes, particularly Vivekananda Marg, the segment from Boring Road to Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple on West Boring Canal Road, and a number of neighboring roads including Indira Sinha Path, Rajendra Path, Veer Shivaji Path, Veer Kunwar Singh Path, Ramakrishna Path, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Mother Teresa Marg, Tilak Marg, and Kasturba Path.
Chaudhary emphasized the urgency of this development, noting that with the upcoming inauguration of the new terminal at Patna Airport by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the number of vehicles in and around the city is projected to increase.
