Amaravati, Oct 16 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi commended Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday for his eloquent use of Hindi while discussing the NDA's chances of success in the forthcoming Assembly elections in Bihar.

The Prime Minister expressed his appreciation in a post on ‘X’ in Telugu, highlighting that Naidu's use of pure Hindi regarding the NDA's electoral prospects not only resonated with many NDA supporters but also showcased his strong dedication to ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’.

The Prime Minister shared a video snippet from Naidu's speech delivered at a public gathering in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.

The event was attended by PM Modi alongside CM Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and other dignitaries.

Previously, PM Modi had expressed his admiration for Naidu’s son and IT Minister Nara Lokesh for effectively managing the state’s ‘Super GST, Super Savings’ initiative.

“Kudos to the Andhra Pradesh Government, particularly Minister Nara Lokesh Garu, for the triumphant ‘Super GST, Super Savings’ campaign across the state. By initiating creative competitions, they successfully enhanced the youth’s understanding of GST,” PM Modi stated.

While unveiling a booklet on the new GST reforms, the Prime Minister invited Minister Lokesh to join him on stage.

In response, Lokesh expressed gratitude towards the Prime Minister for his commendatory remarks.

“Sir, it’s a genuine privilege. The ‘Super GST, Super Savings’ campaign will be crucial in fostering awareness about GST among all societal sections and improving compliance. Coupled with the monumental GST rationalisation reforms rolled out last month, this initiative will significantly bolster our tax framework and widen the country’s revenue base. Once again, on behalf of the people of AP, thank you for honoring us with your presence. Jai Hind,” the TDP leader remarked.

During his day-long visit to Andhra Pradesh, PM Modi first paid his respects at the Srisailam Brahmaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple.

He subsequently inaugurated developmental projects valued at Rs 13,400 crore for the state during a public assembly in Kurnool.
