Patna, May 28 (NationPress) As Prime Minister Narendra Modi prepares for his two-day trip to Bihar, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) MP Shambhavi Chaudhary praised the launch of the new terminal at Patna Airport, highlighting it as a clear indication of the PM's dedication toward Bihar's development.
She referred to this initiative as a significant stride towards creating a 'Viksit Bihar' (Developed Bihar) and underscored the NDA government's vision for inclusive progress in the state.
“The inauguration of the new terminal reflects how committed our esteemed Prime Minister is to the advancement of Bihar. The NDA administration is resolute in establishing a path of progress and prosperity for Bihar,” Shambhavi Chaudhary stated in an interview with IANS.
When questioned about Chirag Paswan's potential candidacy in the Bihar Assembly elections and his possible leadership role, Chaudhary mentioned that discussions on this topic have not yet occurred.
Nonetheless, she expressed her unwavering support if such a decision is made by the party.
“If the party determines that Chirag Paswan should run in the assembly elections, then naturally, we are all in favor of him,” she remarked.
Responding to the opposition's concerns regarding the law and order situation in Bihar, MP Chaudhary countered by recalling the decline during the previous regime of Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi.
“Those whose homes are made of glass should refrain from throwing stones. The opposition has hindered Bihar's progress for 15 years, whether it involves law and order, development, or employment,” she asserted.
Furthermore, she accused the former administration of harboring criminals and facilitating organized crimes against women, urging the opposition to account for that history before criticizing the current government.
On the posthumous Padma Shri awarded to Acharya Kishore Kunal, Shambhavi Chaudhary, as his daughter-in-law, conveyed her immense pride and gratitude.
“As his daughter-in-law and as a proud daughter of Bihar, this moment is filled with honor. It serves as a true tribute to his invaluable contributions to society and our state.”
